CPRC in American Samoa is under the direction of Elda Najera-Suisala. Our mission is to increase the independence, empowerment, and future opportunities for people with special needs.
We advocate for parents to participate effectively in their child's IEP, as well as host outreach programs and family gatherings. Once a month, we write an article for the local newspaper as well as translate almost all information in Samoan.
