Question: I have been hearing so much about the Privacy Settings on Facebook. How do I change mine to ensure only my friends can see my information?
Answer:
Once logged into Facebook, click on Account, Privacy Settings. From this page, you can change the
- Basic directory information
- Sharing on Facebook (who can see photos, videos, etc) – Everyone, Friends, Friends of Friends, etc.)
- Applications and Websites
- Block Lists
- Controlling what you share

Feature - Creating a Facebook page for your Parent Center
- To make a Facebook Page for your Parent Center, click the Create a Page for My Business link at the bottom of any Page or click on this link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php

Once you have created your page, you can begin to fill in all of the information
about your organization. Your page will look like this:

- Click ‘Edit Information’ to enter your website, company overview, mission and products. Be sure to save changes!

- It is time to add a photo! You can upload your logo or a photo of your organization on the page shown below.

- Your page can house photos, videos, links, notes, discussion panels, etc. When you click on the “ + ”, you can add a shortcut to all of these options.

- Connect with friends, organizations, parents, etc.! Have fun promoting your mission and the good work that you do!
