Question: I have been hearing so much about the Privacy Settings on Facebook. How do I change mine to ensure only my friends can see my information?

Answer:

Once logged into Facebook, click on Account, Privacy Settings. From this page, you can change the

• Basic directory information
• Sharing on Facebook (who can see photos, videos, etc) – Everyone, Friends, Friends of Friends, etc.)
• Applications and Websites
• Block Lists
• Controlling what you share

Feature - Creating a Facebook page for your Parent Center

1. To make a Facebook Page for your Parent Center, click the Create a Page for My Business link at the bottom of any Page or click on this link: http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
   
2. Once you have created your page, you can begin to fill in all of the information about your organization. Your page will look like this:
   
3. Click ‘Edit Information’ to enter your website, company overview, mission and products. Be sure to save changes!
   
4. It is time to add a photo! You can upload your logo or a photo of your organization on the page shown below.
   
5. Your page can house photos, videos, links, notes, discussion panels, etc. When you click on the “ + ”, you can add a shortcut to all of these options.
   
6. Connect with friends, organizations, parents, etc.! Have fun promoting your mission and the good work that you do!
